The Lifespider Dictionary

Perfection is the actions you take towards your deepest desires and projects.

Now it is time to continue the story that will help you to activate a key to one of your Life Project. Even if you still are unaware about your LifeSpider™ and Life Projects, the LifeSpider™ is aware about you.

One of my six Life Projects is activated again after a long break.  It happened when I met this smiling girl at the café where I have my coffee in the mornings. One morning she said something that really hit me.  It was the same day as I had attacked my mega angst issue and did my Internet-clean-Sweep. This morning she let me know that she besides to be a singer also worked with ‘Social Media’.  And those few word she said that activated my key was: “I have put up my songs at MySpace, they are not perfect but I put them there anyway’.  I was deeply impressed by this young woman’s’ courage.

Take advice from your own memories.
I went back home and found myself picking up a chapter from my own book ‘Are You Stuck with a Duck’ (Fria Fåglar Flyger).  I had a feeling that there was a message in there for me. And it was. In the chapter about ‘Creativity’ and the story ‘Piano Pathos’ I was brought back to a memory. A memory about how my deep passion for music as a kid was put into silence. How I had doubted my talents when I was 12 and how my doubts became stronger when my passionate Italian piano guru wanted me to play Count Basie’s jazz improvisations. I could also read about how my passion with lots of synchronicity and in mysterious way got back into my life.

I continued to read in my book to see if I could pick up some good advice from myself. I found it. An advice that the girl at the Café and had followed without even written a book;-). I red: ‘Release yourself from all your demands and striving to be a new Beethoven in order to produce commercial progenies’.

Ooh Ohh! Slowly I found the courage to allow me to take one step closer to one of the Life Projects in my LifeSpider™. I wrote at my new MySpace page   ” I Learn about MySpace and thinking if I will have the courage to upload my unfinished music ideas and some lyrics to see what want to happen.” One day later I did it. I put my music up there.  I was euphoric about that my passion for music where back.

One step at the time moves you forward.
I have no idea about what the next step will be. But what I know is: When you are taking action on your Intentions you are moving in the direction towards your Life Projects. And another inevitable fact is; if you take one step at the time in the same direction both the physical and universal laws move you to where you want to go. Immediate after I put my creations on MySpace my Life Project about to compose a Symphony expanded and new memories come alive. (That is another story for another day). But if you think about it, a symphony is just several single notes put together, one by one at the time.

It is your choice if you want to experience your creations as perfect.
There are still lots of work to do on my creation if I want to.  But I can also choose to experience them as perfect though they activated the key that will bring me one step closer to one of my Life Project. What always is perfect is the action you take towards your deepest desire.

Questions for your that activates your sleeping passion.
Now I want you to discover some of your sleeping project and activate the key that will bring you closer to one of your Life Projects. So, while you are reading the story about ‘Piano Pathos’ (under ‘Articles’ on this page) keep the following questions in mind.

1. When will you fire your Judgmental Jury and listen to what your intuition is trying to tell you?

2. When will you capitulate for obvious resistance and prepare yourself to receive ‘The Universe’s express deliveries’?

3. When will you release yourself from demands and striving to be perfect before you put your ideas out there?

P.s  Taking action on your intentions means you are working for your soul’s desire that creates pure passion. When you choosing your passion you will be rewarded by become other people’s signs or even the answer to somebody else’s prayer. I will tell you about how this happened when I gave away the keyboard I am writing about in the chapter ‘Piano Pathos’.

A single individual can make a difference for a whole world for thousands of years.

Sometimes I wish it was possible to plug in a USB port to the brain and just download what is in there. Things happen so fast and everything that happens influence your plans, if you for once have made any;-)

Last week when I was almost done with the planned blog-post the terrible bomb explosion took place in Oslo. My zest for continuing writing disappeared.  Instead I choose to take a break and connect with my friends back in Scandinavia. I went to the beach and sat there for hours, sending healing and thoughts to those who had a hard time. Suddenly, when I sat there I got a feeling of that I had gone through this situation before and I remembered I had.

It happened years ago when I had gone to India to find inspiration for the last chapter to the book that I was writing back then. I had been writing the whole day and was on my way back to the hotel and did a short stop at the bar. While I was standing there I cast a glance at the TV and saw “Breaking News”.  I heard about the bomb explosion at the hotel Taj Mahal in Mumbai. Back then, just like last week, my writing seemed to be very unimportant.

Then I remembered that I had written something about that feeling in my book. I went back home and red something I will share with you because it can give you strength to hold on to what you are supposed to do, no matter what is going on around you. What helped me maybe gives you the patience, conviction and courage to continue doing what you want to do without thinking (or think that other think) is of no importance.

So this was the words that helped me last week: “The moving pictures on the TV conjure up a feeling of being a meaningless micro effect on a macro market. Out of the blue I get a picture of Siddharta Gautama, or Buddha in my head. I’m fascinated by the wealthy prince’s determination to find out why he, who had everything, still was unhappy. His practice of patience to find the answer makes me a little bit jealous. I’m also full of admiration over how focused he was after his enlightenment to find one person who understood what he had experienced. My thoughts about Gautama’s work take me back to my conviction that every being can, despite all odds, have a macro effect. I get filled with a very positive feeling when I realize that a single individual can make a difference for a whole world for thousand of year.”

What ‘Buddha-Project’ is growing inside You?

An idea or a dream never dies.
It just takes a break waiting for you to be ready.

Yesterday I told you about how the girl at the small café at Sunset Cliff had inspired me to step into a project that had been on hold for along time. I will continue that story today and show you that old projects never die but sometimes they just takes a break until you are ready. I want to encourage you to never give up on an idea or a dream you have, or had.

If you once felt passion deep inside when you started a project, got an idea or had a dream, it always will return to you when the time is right – if you allow it to do so.  If you know this and listening to the signs you get I guarantee that you will move in the direction towards one of your six Life Projects.

The only thing you have to do is to speak out your intentions. When you once have set your intentions – wrote it down, spoke it out or just formulated it in your thoughts – there is no way back. What’s left for you to do is to take action on your intentions – when you are ready. You know you are ready when different signs show up in your environment and you start thinking and feel passionated about it again.

From my own experience I know it is hard to wait for a ‘project’ to come alive. There is lots of frustration, confusion and disappointments to handle but I will let you know that it´s possible to convert those negative and difficult feelings into something much better.

The first thing you can do right now is to sit down for a while and ask yourself those questions, without trying too hard to find an answer. If you just ask yourself the questions the answers will arrive when you least expect it.

1. What project do you think are dead or too old?
2. What dreams have you left behind because you thought they never would come true?
3. Which ideas have you given up on because you thought they were ‘crazy or unrealistic’?

While you are asking yourself these questions I will continue writing about how one of my ‘ideas’ have started to come alive again. I will also publish the story from 2007 where it all actually began.

The story will show you how a projects falls asleep but always wakes up again when the time is right.

My projects fell asleep again after 2007 and did not wake up until I met Billy Ann at the Café at Sunset Cliff last week. She becomes my ‘sign’ by just telling me about her own dreams and interest.

Maybe my story will be your ‘sign’ that wakes up and activate the key which will bring you one step closer to your dreams.

Synchronicity & Insigths
Earlier this week I got a question on FB from an unknown person from Australia. This person asked if I was the founder of the LifeSpider System Corporation. I had to admit I was. I got curious of why he asking and found out that we had a common friend in Australia. Not a FB friend but a physical friend. (They still do exist . It was fun but what was more important was the question he threw at me.  A question that lead me to an enlightened insight.

His question was: ‘What x-actly does it do?’ The question kind of hurt, because I have struggling to find the precise answer for years without success. I had gone through lots of frustration wondering ‘How to h…l is it possible to make an elevator pitch of a new Life Philosophy and how can I find an explanation that make people understand.’

The next day back home from my favorite breakfast café at Sunset Cliff her in San Diego it hit me. I had just had a great conversation with the girl who is working there. (She is the one who inspired me to get out on MySpace and step into a Life Project that has been sleeping for years. But this is another story). Suddenly I also understood why I had been sitting next to my youngest son for hours watching him play Super Mario.

Your LifeSpider™ is your Life’s Super Mario Game.
You arrive at this planet to a certain platform. All the keys you need to get through life and receive treasures are there. You are standing on the platform (which is your essence) with all the possibilities. The hard part is not to find the key but you have to activate them before you can go to the next level.

The first keys you have to activate are your Driving forces. It means you have to embrace, leveraging and use your ego and personal characteristics you were born with. When you have identified and activate your Driving Forces you are ready to start playing Your Life Spider Game. A game that will take you through challenges, frustrations and adventures until you find your purposes that will open the portals to your Life Projects.

This is a new game – the new Life Philosophy – we have to learn to play. We have to realize that our ego needs to be nurturing instead of trying to get rid of it. The reason for it is that it is in what we call ‘the ego’ that we find our characteristics, abilities and personal power. When we suppress our ego we actually deactivate our keys. When the ego is invited into the game it will partner with the soul and they will both work toward the same goal, to fulfill and realize your Life Projects. When the ego is allowed into the game it always contributes to what is best for you but also what is best for others and the world at large.

Hi again!

I have been so inspired to continue this dictionary and today I asked myself  ‘What word wants’ to be publish today’? And then I curious started to wait for the answer.  I really was inspired the whole day -  but -  suddenly after my last Spider-Coaching^TM something happened. I went to get new tires for the car, shopping for some food, talked to my neighbor and her beautiful cats, cocked a soup, threw away the garbage….and of course I got so tired after the soup that I had to take a nap. But I never got into the dream-time because the spider word hit me so hard that I had to move from the comfy couch. I opened the computer and wrote: Enter Anguish /Enterångest/

Enter Anguish is an unconditioned avoidance reflex that attacks you when everything is almost ready and it just to push the enter button to complete what you have been working on. Just then when your hand is in the air something terribly important unfolds. And when you later return to accomplish it, the undone has yeast to an enormous fire-breathing dragon. (from the book Fria Fåglar Flyger )

‘Enter Anguish’ is of a huge importance in the Lifespider^TM Dictionary because  the Lifespider teach you how to take control and handle those ‘Enter Anguish situations’ that following you behind, (at least for us who are entrepreneurs, business owner, or have some kind of creativity in our lives). With your Lifespider^TM you learn where, how, when and why this Enter anguish shows up.

The Enter Anguish shows up when you are about to bring yourself one step closer to your Life Project. This can be a really creepy feeling because of the risk for success.  But, when you realize that your spider web is there as your safety net, the fear becomes less.  And without fear for success you get the courage to push the button and send your creation out into the world.

A new day and new words!

There is lots of new words in the Spider World =(So far – a non physical place where those who have identified and live from their Lifespider).

I had an inspired meeting with the new Spider-coaches today (Those who are in training to get a ‘Licens to Spider’) and a few new expression came to use.  Today I choose to bring up the  Transformation symptom/ Transformationssymptom (some words actually sounds better in Swedish;-)

Transformation Symptoms SHOWS UP WHEN you are in a change like;

1. When you are moving from one spiderleg to another, which means that you are changing focus from one Intention to another. The consequence is that you have to take different action from what you are used to.  (This process mostly starts before your consciousness is aware of it, you just experience the symptoms.)

2. When some of your Spiderlegs have grown and you have to stay still for a while to work on your beeinglegs/stödben /(Beeinglegs are the stabilizers and represent the physical, material, mental and emotional health. The Beeinglegs are the base that you need to grow and balance your spiderlegs which carries your Driving forces, Intentions and Life projects.

The Transformational Symptoms SHOWS UP LIKE uncomfortable situations and feelings like;

1. Chaos
2. Vacuum

So when you notice that your life start to get messy or you almost feel depressed. Stand still and embrace the fact that you are in a change, knowing that change always are for the better. During this Chaos and Vacuum give yourself a sacred promise to make no decision at all. Relax, gather new information and prepare yourself to be ready when the new beginning shows up.

Also feel secure of that the harder and deeper Chaos and Vacuum is,  the bigger the rewards you will receive will be!

Welcome to The Life Spider Dictionary!!!

This is my first post and I just got the idea after discovered two different words today. I got so much energy that I could just not resist to register a new domain and start this blog.

What I think I want about this blog is to create the new dictionary for the Lifespider^TM. I have had this dictionary in my mind for some years….but not really done something about. This dictionary is for my concept  The Lifespider System^TM. That I probably will write more about later. But for now I just write for you who already are familiar with the Lifespider^TM.

For today this blog is for You who already know how powerful the Lifespider^TM is. You also know that the Spider language already exist and we already use it in our conversations. Sometimes there is such a beautiful words, sentence, expression that shows up in a few seconds and describe exactly what we mean without no explanation. And today two expressions showed up for me that forced me to start this blog where I will ask all Spiders to communicate your amazing words, and questions about issues, situations etc etc….that deserve their own words or expression.

1. The first word for today was invented from Carolina Erlandsson …when she in our Spiderwebb meeting  was excited because she had been working. She described her experience that it was like to receive a  ‘Livslegitimation’ (Life Identification).

2. The second incident that catalyzed the Life Spider Dictionary was when I this morning was complaining about the rainy weather here in San Diego at FB. On my post I called the sky ‘the Webb heaven’ (a sky that encourage you to stay inside and work on your Webb pages and other Internet tasks)  and my colleague and friend Kristian Borglund caught that and a thread started….that ended up with that The LifeSpider has it’s own heaven;-)

So… I ended the FB thread with The Webb Heaven is great for the Life Spider and / ‘Livsspindeln är Livslegitimationen du behöver för att få tillträde till ditt eget paradiset på jorden redan nu!!!’  /’The Lifespider^TM is the ‘Life Identification’ you need to get  immediate access to your own paradise on earth’

I am sending lots of gratitude to all of you  who wrote a ‘comment’ or sending a ‘like’ to this thread. And I also just has to send an impressing thanks to the founder of FB who has changes the connection and communication in this world.

I am excited for more new Spider Words tomorrow….and probably I will give you some more of  those words that already exists.
